Scotch Madeira Flip

Made with Scotch whisky and Madeira wine, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozScotch, Macallan Cask Strength
30 ml / 1 ozMadeira wine, Malmsey
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
1Whole egg

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass.
