45 ml / 1.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmontillado sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozBlended Scotch
2 dashesBitters, Abbott's
1Lemon peel, expressed and discarded

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Express lemon peel over drink and discard.
