Fernet Sling

Made with Fernet-Branca and vermouth, served in a collins glass.

60 ml / 2 ozFernet-Branca
20 ml / 0.75 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozrich demerara syrup 2:1
30 ml / 1 ozSoda water
1Orange peel

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with orange peel.
