South End Sling

Made with liqueur and Fernet-Branca, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
30 ml / 1 ozCrema de mezcal, Del Maguey
30 ml / 1 ozFernet-Branca
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
45 ml / 1.5 ozGinger beer, as float
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake cherry liqueur, mezcal, Fernet-Branca, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Float ginger beer on top.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and add a straw.
