Made with bitters and liqueur, served in a wine glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozSuze
15 ml / 0.5 ozCrème de framboise
90 ml / 3 ozPink grapefruit juice
105 ml / 3.5 ozTonic water

Method

  1. Mix Suze, Crème de framboise, and pink grapefruit juice in a wine glass.
  2. Add tonic water and fill with ice.
