Method
- Pour 20 ml of amaro into a mixing glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Aphrodite bitters and 30 ml of Islay single malt whisky.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
