Smoking Monkey

Made with whisky, sherry and Islay single malts, served in a cocktail glass.

5 ml / 1/4 ozIslay single malt whisky
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozHomemade banana whiskey
15 ml / 1/2 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
1 mlAngostura bitters
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Spray the cocktail glass with Islay single malt whisky.
  2. Add banana whiskey, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and Angostura bitters to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
