Yellow Chili

Made with whisky, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
30 ml / 1 ozSugar syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGinger beer
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozTonic water
10 ml / 1/4 ozQuail egg white
30 gChili pepper
1Violet flowers
1 gMint
200 gIce cubes
30 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill the cocktail glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour ginger beer into one test tube with violet flower and tonic water into another with mint.
  3. Place both test tubes into the cocktail glass.
  4. In a shaker, combine lemon juice, egg white, sugar syrup, and whisky.
  5. Shake without ice, then add ice cubes and shake again.
  6. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass and garnish with chili pepper.
