Superb Mario

Made with whisky and vermouth, served in a collins glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
20 ml / 3/4 ozCinnamon syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
5 ml / 1/4 ozTruffle oil
1 gSaffron
10 gDried pineapple
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add saffron and truffle oil to a shaker.
  3. Pour in lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, egg white, vermouth, and whisky.
  4. Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake again.
  5. Strain into the Collins glass and garnish with half a dried pineapple.
