Whisky and Ginger Beer

Made with whisky, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
150 ml / 5 ozGinger beer
1Lemon zest
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 50 ml whisky into the glass.
  3. Top with 150 ml ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a piece of lemon zest.
