Black Sabbath

Made with whisky, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
22.5 gPassion fruit
30 gBlackberry
1Rose petals
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place 4 blackberries, passion fruit pulp in a rocks glass and muddle.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add 20 ml passion fruit syrup and 40 ml whisky, stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Add more crushed ice to top.
  5. Garnish with a blackberry and rose petal on a skewer.
