The Big Bluff

Made with tequila, whisky and Prosecco, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozSilver tequila
30 ml / 1 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozCherry liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozProsecco
20 ml / 3/4 ozGrapefruit juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Combine egg white, grapefruit juice, cherry liqueur, silver tequila, and whisky in a shaker and shake without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain into the highball glass.
  5. Top with Prosecco and stir gently with a bar spoon.
