Orange Rebellion

Made with tequila, served in a coupe glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozSilver tequila
20 ml / 3/4 ozCoffee syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozOrange juice
5 gCoffee beans
25 gPassion fruit purée
30 gOrange
5 gRosemary
400 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a coupe glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add passion fruit purée, lime juice, coffee syrup, and silver tequila to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice, coffee beans, and rosemary.
