Method
- Place a dried orange slice in a rocks glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 30 ml Oloroso sherry and 20 ml apricot liqueur.
- Add 2 ml orange bitters and 60 ml gold tequila.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
- Strain into the rocks glass.
About the El Bandito
