Made with tequila and Port wine, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozreposado tequila
15 ml / 0.5 ozAvena
15 ml / 0.5 ozRuby Port
0.5Honey
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
30 ml / 1 ozGinger beer, 1-2 oz

Method

  1. Shake tequila, Avena, port, honey, and lemon with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with blackberries and ginger.
