Dove & Daisy

Made with tequila, liqueur and Aperol, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozTequila, Milagro Silver
30 ml / 1 ozOrange liqueur, Combier L'Original Liqueur D'Orange
15 ml / 0.5 ozAperol
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
1Grapefruit peel
60 ml / 2 ozSoda water

Method

  1. Shake ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into salt-rimmed Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
