Made with tequila and bitters, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozTequila
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozAgave syrup, equal parts agave nectar and water
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Shake tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with lime if desired.
