Ginger Chaser

Made with tequila, served in a pitcher.

1000 ml / 33 3/4 ozGold tequila
600 ml / 20 1/4 ozTomato juice
180 ml / 6 ozLemon juice
150 gCucumber
50 gArugula
400 gGinger root
2 gSalt
2 gBlack pepper ground

Method

  1. Make ginger juice from 400g ginger root.
  2. Combine tomato juice, ginger juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cucumber and arugula in a pitcher.
  3. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Serve in shot glasses with gold tequila.
