Made with tequila, liqueur and vermouth, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozTequila, Gran Centenario (Rosangel Hibiscus)
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
15 ml / 0.5 ozCiociaro
5 ml / 0.25 ozCreme de mure
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Stir ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

About the Jalisco

A stirred tequila sour with sweet vermouth, herbal liqueur, blackberry liqueur and bitters. It has a complex, fruity character with herbal undertones.
