Ingredients: 1.5 oz (45 ml) blanco tequila; 0.75 oz (20 ml) Lime juice; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Orgeat; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Blue Curacao; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Falernum; 2 oz (60 ml) Sparkling white wine I used Prosecco.

Made with sparkling wine, tequila and Curaçao, served in a coupe.

Ingredients for one drink
	45 ml / 1.5 oz	blanco tequila
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	Lime juice
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Orgeat
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Blue Curacao
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Falernum
	60 ml / 2 oz	Sparkling white wine, I used Prosecco.

Method

Add Champagne or sparkling wine to a chilled coupe.
Shake and double strain the mixture.
