20 ml / 0.75 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
20 ml / 0.75 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Marasca
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
120 ml / 4 ozSparkling white wine (cava), or other dry sparkling wine)

Method

  1. Shake herbal liqueur, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with sparkling white wine.
