5 ml / 0.25 ozBitters, Angostura
30 ml / 1 ozsimple syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
120 ml / 4 ozSparkling rosé wine, Cremant d'Alsace
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake bitters, simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Top with sparkling rosé wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
