Made with sparkling wine and cognac, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCognac VSOP
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
90 ml / 3 ozBrut champagne
1Candied ginger

Method

  1. Shake Cognac, honey syrup, and lemon juice together.
  2. Double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  3. Top with brut champagne.
  4. Garnish with candied ginger on a pick.
