Cartel Martinez

Made with tequila, vermouth and mezcal.

45 ml / 1.5 ozreposado tequila
15 ml / 0.5 ozMezcal
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur
2 dashesGrapefruit bitters
1Orange peel, expressed and discarded

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until the glass is frosted.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Express the orange peel over the drink and discard.
