Made with tequila, aromatised wine and absinthe, served in a coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozblanco tequila
30 ml / 1 ozAromatised wine, Cocchi Americano
30 ml / 1 ozPineapple syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
2 dashesAbsinthe
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Shake tequila, Cocchi Americano, pineapple syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Top with a dash of absinthe.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
