Latin Chest

Made with tequila and Chartreuse, served in a sour glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSilver tequila
2 mlChartreuse bitters
25 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade passionfruit syrup with coriander
20 gPassion fruit
15 gChili pepper
1 gCoriander
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 25 ml of homemade passionfruit syrup with coriander and 50 ml of silver tequila into a shaker.
  2. Add 2 dashes of Chartreuse bitters to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled sour glass.
  5. Garnish with half a chili pepper, a quarter of passionfruit, and a coriander leaf.
