Acute Tropicana

Made with tequila, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSilver tequila
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
90 gPineapple
1Pineapple leaves
5 gGinger root
260 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Muddle three pineapple slices and one piece of ginger in a shaker.
  3. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, and 50 ml silver tequila to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  5. Strain into the wine glass.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
