Irish Old Fashioned

Made with whisky and Angostura bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozHomemade strawberry whiskey
1 mlAngostura bitters
75 gOrange
5 gCane sugar cubes
1Orange zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place a sugar cube and 1 dash of Angostura bitters in a rocks glass.
  2. Add an orange quarter and muddle.
  3. Let it sit for a minute then discard the orange.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 50 ml of homemade strawberry whiskey and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with orange zest.
