Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Combine in a shaker 25ml heavy cream, 25ml milk, 25ml honey syrup and 50ml whisky.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a wine glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
