Bankers

Made with whisky, rum and Port wine, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozPure Irish whiskey
30 ml / 1 ozHomemade rum blend
30 ml / 1 ozLBV port wine
3 mlDead Rabbit Orinoco bitters
30 ml / 1 ozRaspberry syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
1 gGround nutmeg
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lime juice, raspberry syrup, rum blend, LBV port, and whiskey into a shaker.
  2. Add Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters.
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain through strainer and sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of ground nutmeg.
