Mint Clan

Made with whisky, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
25 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozIced peach tea
30 gPeach
2 gMint
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place mint leaves in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and cold peach tea.
  4. Pour in whisky and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with two peach slices.
