Whisky Flip

Made with whisky, rum and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozWhisky
30 ml / 1 ozHomemade rum liqueur with raisins
30 ml / 1 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
2 mlPeychaud's bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
5 gCoconut flakes
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add egg white and sherry to shaker.
  2. Add bitters, rum liqueur, and whisky, shake without ice.
  3. Add ice, shake again.
  4. Strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with coconut flakes.
