Peas In A Pod

Made with whisky and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney liqueur
25 ml / 3/4 ozSpiced syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
3Spiced pea shoots
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add quail egg white and spiced syrup to a shaker.
  2. Add honey liqueur and whisky, then fill with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with spiced pea shoots.
