Exotic Sour

Made with whisky, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
25 ml / 3/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
45 gPassion fruit
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and whisky to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with half a passion fruit.

About the Exotic Sour

This sour cocktail is based on whisky and passion fruit. It has a tropical character.
