Peach Whiskey Sour

Made with whisky and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
2 mlPeach bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
15 gMaraschino cherry
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and whisky to a shaker.
  3. Add peach bitters and fill shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake thoroughly and strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 cocktail cherries on a skewer.
