Made with whisky, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozWhisky
30 ml / 1 ozRed vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozRed bitter
1Orange zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 30 ml red vermouth and 30 ml red bitter.
  3. Add 45 ml whisky and stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest.
