Glasgow Mule

Made with whisky, liqueur and Angostura bitters, served in a copper mug.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozElderflower liqueur
2 mlAngostura bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozGinger beer
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, and elderflower liqueur into the copper mug.
  2. Add whisky and Angostura bitters.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with orange zest.
