Made with whisky, vermouth and Bénédictine, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozDry vermouth
15 ml / 1/2 ozBénédictine
2 mlChocolate bitters
1Orange zest
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour Bénédictine and dry vermouth into a mixing glass.
  2. Add chocolate bitters and whisky.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
