Malt Gold

Made with whisky, vermouth and Angostura bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
25 ml / 3/4 ozWhite vermouth
1 mlAngostura bitters
12.5 ml / 1/2 ozRaspberry syrup
5 gCocoa powder
10 gCookie
1Orange zest
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. In a shaker, add crushed cookie and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour in raspberry syrup, white vermouth, and whisky.
  4. Add Angostura bitters and fill shaker with ice.
  5. Shake well and strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with orange zest.
