The Double Talk

Made with whisky, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

400 ml / 13 1/2 ozWhisky
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozWhite vermouth
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozRed bitter
300 ml / 10 1/4 ozSugar syrup
200 gYogurt
1 gArugula
150 gSoy flour
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a liter pitcher.
  2. Stir until ingredients fully dissolve.
  3. Strain mixture through cheesecloth until clear.
  4. Serve in a rocks glass with one ice cube and arugula.
