Cigarette

Made with whisky, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozVanilla syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSmoked tea
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice to the top.
  2. Pour 15ml lemon juice, 20ml vanilla syrup, and 50ml whisky into a shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Top with chilled smoked tea and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  6. Add more crushed ice, garnish with orange zest.
