Iona's Regalia

Made with whisky and liqueur, served in a mug.

30 ml / 1 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozMastic
35 ml / 1 1/4 ozSpiced pumpkin syrup
3 gGround cinnamon
30 ml / 1 ozAlmond milk
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour almond milk and spiced pumpkin syrup into a shaker.
  2. Add mastic and whisky to the shaker.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a mug.
  5. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
