Barrel with Honey

Made with whisky and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozWhisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozGreen apple liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney
1 gGround cinnamon

Method

  1. Rim shot glass with honey.
  2. Add 15 ml honey to glass.
  3. Layer 15 ml green apple liqueur using cocktail spoon.
  4. Add pinch of ground cinnamon.
  5. Layer 15 ml lemon juice and 15 ml whisky.
  6. Lick honey rim and drink the shot.
