Goldinez

Made with gin, sherry and whisky, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozWhisky
10 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
2 mlAngostura bitters
40 gOrange
5 gMaraschino cherry
420 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. In a mixing glass, add 15 ml Pedro Ximenez sherry, 10 ml maraschino liqueur, 10 ml whisky, and 50 ml gin.
  3. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  4. Fill with ice and stir gently.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry on a skewer.
