Red Lion

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a champagne coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozDry Orange liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozOrange juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a sugar-rimmed champagne coupe.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest.
