Green Negroni

Made with gin, liquor and Lillet, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozGentian
20 ml / 3/4 ozLillet Blanc
3 mlGentian bitter
5 gMint
200 gIce cubes
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Add an ice cube to a rocks glass.
  2. Muddle mint in a shaker.
  3. Add 20ml Lillet Blanc and 20ml Gentian.
  4. Add 3 dashes of Gentian bitter and 30ml gin.
  5. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  6. Strain into rocks glass and garnish with mint leaf.
