Monsieur Negroni

Made with gin, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozRed vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozRed bitter
1 mlHomemade cardamom bitters
1 mlHome citrus bitters
1Orange zest
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Add an ice cube to a rocks glass.
  2. Pour in 30 ml red vermouth, 30 ml red bitter, and 1 dash homemade cardamom bitters.
  3. Add 1 dash homemade citrus bitters and 30 ml botanical gin.
  4. Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
