Tessmanian Devil

Made with gin, Strega and Lillet, served in a cocktail glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozStrega
20 ml / 3/4 ozLillet Blanc
1 mlPeychaud's bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
30 gChili pepper
1 mlTabasco sauce
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lemon juice, Lillet Blanc, and Strega to a shaker.
  2. Add Peychaud's bitters, Tabasco sauce, and gin to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with chili pepper.

About the Tessmanian Devil

A short sour cocktail with gin base. It has herbal, spicy, and acidic character from Strega, chili pepper, and lemon juice.
