Pizza Negroni

Made with gin, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozRed vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozRed bitter
5 ml / 1/4 ozHomemade tomato water
3 mlBasil tincture
1 gOregano
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Add ice cube to rocks glass.
  2. Pour in tomato water and red vermouth.
  3. Add basil tincture, red bitter, and London dry gin.
  4. Stir gently with cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with oregano.
