Clay Jay-aged Negroni

Made with gin, vermouth and bitter, served in a cognac glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozHomemade hibiscus and spice gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed bitter
1Orchid
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a cognac glass.
  2. Add 20 ml red bitter and 20 ml red vermouth.
  3. Pour in 45 ml homemade hibiscus and spice gin.
  4. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with an orchid.
